The website is waiting for the response from the payment system regarding the customer's payment. Typically, payment confirmation is instant (1-15 mins), for VISA/MC card payments - 5 - 60 mins (up to 3 - 6 days according to the bank regulations). Sometimes delays may occur on the payment system's side.

Sending payment error

Payment to the customer's account failed. Usually this happends due to some tech issue on the payment system's side or if the customers has indicated incorrect account number. Requests with this status are processed manually by the operator within 5-60 mins on working days (Mon - Fri, 9:00 -19:00 GMT+2) and during 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
