We guarantee a 100% refund on request if the user's request meets one or more of the criteria listed below:

1. The application was not completed due to technical difficulties encountered during the creation / processing of the application.

2. The application was not processed within the time period established for such an application for a reason that does not depend on the user.

3. User's refusal to confirm his identity by passing verification in his personal account. If the User claims that another person (or a minor) had access to his / her User Account.

4. If the user wishes to make a refund of the exchange amount, then the commission due to the fall by the customer is 1.5% of the amount credited, but not less than the established tariff in the selected blockchain network.

The company has the right, for certain objective reasons, and, if necessary, to make a refund of funds received through any payment system, including credit / debit cards. In this case, the refund will be made to electronic wallets and in accordance with the bank details that the client used when entering funds.

A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first 24 (twenty four) hours of the alleged transaction or within thirty (30) days if the User claims that another person (or minor) had access to his / her Account.

We consider each case individually and always try to make a decision towards the client, taking into account the circumstances. The final decision on exceptional cases remains with our company.
